The board of directors includes the three founders and current principal owners of the company: Richard C. Brown, Walter R. Mitchell, and Lon E. Ellis. Each of these individuals is an engineering graduate with more than twenty years in the field of technology, application development and technology solutions consulting.
The following individuals currently serve as officers of the Company:
Richard C. Brown, President
and Treasurer
Mr. Brown received his bachelor’s degree with academic honors in 1977 from the School of Engineering of the University of Missouri at Columbia. His responsibility includes providing executive management as well as strategy development and implementation guidance for the Company. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate sales management and business development as well as in overall business planning and execution. Mr. Brown’s twenty-eight years of software development and technology executive experience includes serving customers in the private sector as well as the public sector.
Walter Ray Mitchell, Vice President and Secretary
Mr. Mitchell is an honors graduate of the School of Engineering of the North Carolina State University at Raleigh, where he received his degree in 1978. His responsibility includes direct management and technical oversight for the development and implementation of the Company’s technology-based functions. Mr. Mitchell has twenty-seven years of experience in designing, building and implementing technology solutions for customers at all levels of the manufacturing and marketing channel including manufacturers, distributors, jobbers, and retailers.
Lon E. Ellis, Vice President
Mr. Ellis received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with academic honors in 1978 from the School of Engineering of the University of Missouri at Columbia. Mr. Ellis, a highly experienced programmer, provides technical guidance for the architecture and development of the data warehouse functionality and interface technologies of the Company. He has twenty-seven years of executive management and software programming experience directly relating to designing, building, and implementing technology solutions for customers at all levels of the manufacturing and marketing channel. In the most recent years, Mr. Ellis has concentrated on technology solutions for the governmental sector.
Eng. Ángel L. Pérez, General Manager and Vicepresident
Mr. Ángel L. Pérez obtained his bachelor degree Magna Cum Laude in 1990, with specialization in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. In 1994, he obtained a master’s degree with honors in business administration at the University of Hartford. As the General Manager of the company, Mr. Pérez has established a scholarship for students of information technology and a recruiting program in order to retain recent computer engineer graduates from local universities and contribute to our society. His responsibilities include supervising the company’s administrative division: marketing, sales, purchases and human resources. |
