COMMONWEALTH OF PUERTO RICO MUNICIPAL COLLECTION CENTER (CRIM) SELECTS HANSEN'S BILLING & TAX SOLUTION
March 2006 / San Juan, PR
The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Municipal Collection Center (CRIM, for its acronym in Spanish) will have a new system that will streamline all aspects of their billing and tax management processes.
"The Hansen software will be used by nine regional offices and the main central office in San Juan, which will make this the Hansen's largest billing and tax customer with 1.2 million accounts billed per cycle," said Carlos Thomas, Director of Billing & Tax with Hansen. "Our project team, together with Rock Solid Technologies, will provide the Hansen system to about 1,200 users."
The solution will be integrated into their current financials system which will allow for accurate reporting and disbursement of funds to the 78 municipalities. "CRIM's main goal is to dramatically improve the services we provide to our clients," said Norman Foy, Executive Director of CRIM. "We believe Hansen's superior product coupled with Rock Solid's local presence will allow us to achieve our goal."
