Rock Solid Technologies is distinguished for its superior work team. Our recruiting practices include the idea that we need to stop the "brain-drain" in Puerto Rico. For the past three years we have recruited Computer Engineers from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. Over 50% of our staff graduated from UPRM.

We currently employ over 50 technicians, most of them Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) including 15 Microsoft Certified System Developers (MCSD), 5 Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE), 5 Microsoft Certified Data Base Administrators (MCDBA) and 7 Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). In addition, our company has 7 Project Management Professionals (PMPs), certified by the Project Management Institute. They respond to a client’s project management needs, helping them improve processes, tools and resources.

To provide a better service, our staff is certified in all the products and solutions we offer: Hansen, Citrix, Wyse, MSFT Dynamics CRM, MSFT Dynamics Great Plains. This way we are prepared to offer you better orientation and service to help you develop a better business process.
