ROCK SOLID SCHOLARSHIP

Since 2002, Rock Solid shows its interest in the development and retention of local talent in the Island, establishing its scholarship program for students of the University of Puerto Rico. The goal of the scholarship is to develop local talent and reduce the “brain drain” from Puerto Rico, thus helping our economy and our community.

Scholarship requirements:

• Full time students having completed their third year of studies
• GPA of 3.00 or better academic average
• Majoring in Computer Engineering, Computerized Information Systems or Computer Sciences, and Accounting.
• Submit an application
  • Create your own application form, including your name, local address, permanent address, email address, mobile phone number, home phone number, major and academic average (GPA).
• Official transcript
• Resumé
• Two recommendation letters (Professor or Supervisor)
• One-page essay considering the following points:
  
  
1. How wouldo you use technology to improve Puerto Rico's environment?
2. What would you do to improve Puerto Rico’s economy?
