FUNCTIONALITY

Some of the Human Resources functions provided by STAFF are:

  • Input and validation of new candidates’ records, background data, and vital statistics for hiring processes and future hiring considerations.
  • Easy maintenance of personnel information: names, Social Security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, permanent or temporary positions, titles, certificates, current and base salaries, and hiring and relocation data.
  • Salary increase evaluation and processing.
  • Position and account number management.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date records of payroll related information, such as vacation time, work schedules, medical, official and personal licenses, etc.
  • Control of cases referred to the institution’s legal division.
  • Management of labor union data.
  • Retirement, resignation and termination processes.

The Payroll modules manage both regular and irregular personnel and acts as a highly efficient interface to the RHUM Payroll system. The following are some of the Payroll functions:
