ROCK SOLID IMPLEMENTS DYNAMICS CRM ‘HOSTED’ IN SAN SEBASTIÁN

Since the last July the personnel in the Municipality of San Sebastián is managing efficiently all administrative and services tasks, after the implementation of Respond, developed by Rock Solid Technologies (RST). Respond is an administrative software solution developed specifically for the municipalities in Puerto Rico. San Sebastián became the first municipality of Puerto Rico were RST implemented Respond remotely or hosted, within five weeks.

Because of Respond, the mayor of San Sebastián, Javier Jiménez, and the employees of various departments to speed up their processes and finished efficiently all their tasks related to the case or service requests management. “Respond enables us to adapt it to the specific needs of our clients, because of its ease of use” says Eng. Ángel Pérez, Vice-President of Rock Solid Technologies.
