The municipality of Guayama, located in the southeast region of the island, and known as "the town of the Witches”, approved the implementation of the solution for the citizen attention management, RESPOND ©, developed by Rock Solid Technologies, Inc. With this decision, the municipality joins the group of ten innovative cities among which are: Coamo, San Sebastian, San Germán Morovis, Juana Diaz, Trujillo Alto, Hatillo, Gurabo, Naranjito and Villalba.
The mayor, Hon Glorimari Jaime, decided to automate the processes in the citizens’ help office in Guayama. Similarly, she was interested in the integration of the different services offered by the municipality, and its dependencies. The solution will accelerate the execution of tasks, administrative processes, and, thus, ensure that the services provided to its citizens are increasingly efficient, and have higher quality.
The solution, developed under the platform of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, will offer its employees the convenience of using a familiar and intuitive screen while enjoying the automation of its services. The municipality will have 15 licenses for remote users, and a hosted implementation, in which the municipality, and its employees, will have the great support and backing of Rock Solid Technologies, Inc.
