It's time to change, it's time for RESPOND©

La Fortaleza’s Citizen Service Office approved today the implementation of the management solution for citizen service, RESPOND©, developed by Rock Solid Technologies, Inc.

The Governor Office, represented on the contract by Vilmarie Berlingeri Marín, Puerto Rico’s Governor Office Administrator, decided to integrate and automize the services, provided by the Citizen Service Office, through the RESPOND© solution. Their employees will enjoy the convenience of using an intuitive window, while being the link between citizens and agencies. From now on, they will have an excellent tool for creating, storing, and organizing, citizen’s records, registering services given, and generating reports, in order to focus promptly, with sensibility and efficiency, on the claims presented by the citizens.

Rock Solid Technologies, Inc., which specializes on information systems and consulting, will provide the configuration, adaptation and installation of RESPOND©. Furthermore, the company will offer user training, and solution maintenance. The Citizen Service Office can count on Rock Solid’s support throughout the implementation process.
