CLIMBING THE STAIRS WITH INGRESYS©

The Gurabo municipality has climbed a great step towards technology and innovation in the revenue collection management. The municipality, known as the “pueblo de las escaleras”, or the stairs town, approved the implementation of Ingresys©, solution developed by Rock Solid Technologies, Inc., and uses the Microsoft Dynamics GP platform.

Victor Manuel Ortíz Díaz, the municipality’s major, recognizing the importance of maintaining a revenue collection transparency and providing an excellent service to citizens, trusted the replacement of their current system to Rock Solid’s team with the Ingresys©’ hosted implementation. Thanks to Ingresys©, the municipality will be able to automize all their revenue collection processes, such as: transactions, entry, reports and receipts generation, and the different financial subsystems’ accounting. Along with easy to use, and intuitive, windows, and the collectors’ terminology, the solution will facilitate the regulations’ fulfillment of many Government entities.

Once again, Microsoft Dynamics, and Rock Solid Technologies, demonstrate that, together, they are the tool every municipality needs to develop a proactive administration.
