JUANA DÍAZ AUTOMATES COLLECTIONS USING INGRESYS©

The municipality of Juana Díaz has the ultimate technology to manage efficiently the collections processes in the municipalities in Puerto Rico., developed by Rock Solid Technologies, Inc. using the business platform, Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Acknowledging the importance of keeping updated all income collections in the municipalities and to provide an excellent service, the major Ramón Hernández, contracted the Rock Solid’s team of consultants and developers to replace their current system, with Ingresys.

Ingresys© enables the municipality; automate all income collections processes that currently were made manually, such as: entry transactions, generation of receipts, reports and unifies various financial subsystems.

This tool is easy to manage and utilizes intuitive screens and uses the collector terminology, facilitates the generation of reports and complies with the regulations of various governmental agencies, such as: OCAM, Comptroller’s Office, GASB 34, among others. The system will be implemented remotely, also known as hosted.

Thanks to Rock Solid Technologies system, the employees in the Collections Department in the Municipality of Juan Díaz will comply with their obligations more efficiently, staying in the vanguard of today’s municipal technologies. Once again, Microsoft Dynamics demonstrate that is the tool that every municipality needs to acquire to have a more proactive administration.
