LAID BACK WITH RESPOND©

The Trujillo Alto municipality, known as “el pueblo de los arrecostaos’”, or the laid back town, agreed on the implementation of the solution for citizen attention developed by Rock Solid Technologies, Inc., RESPOND®, joining, thus, the group of municipalities innovators which includes: Coamo, Hatillo, Gurabo y Villalba.

Trujillo Alto’s mayor, Hon. José Luis Cruz Cruz, decided to integrate the diverse services offered by his municipality, and dependencies, through the RESPOND© solution. The services automization, provided by the solution, which has been developed using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 platform, will let the employees use friendly windows to create, store and organize citizens’ records, register the services given, and generate reports.

Rock Solid Technologies, a Puerto Rican company that specializes in information systems, will perform the solution’s hosted implementation. The company will configure the system, and train the municipality’s employees, as well. Throughout the process, and whenever needed, Trujillo Alto, the major and employees, can count on Rock Solid Technologies’ support.
