RESPOND© HAS “GREEN LIGHT” IN JUANA DÍAZ

The Municipality of Juana Diaz became the 6th municipality of Puerto Rico to implement, Respond© solution citizen, designed by Rock Solid Technologies (RST), developed on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The development and consulting team of the information systems company, RST, will carry out this important project.

The lack of information, poor citizens' satisfaction, duplication of effort and resources, and difficulty in decision-making were some of the reasons that make Respond©, an indispensable tool to Juana Díaz. Thus, the honorable mayor of the southern region, Ramón Hernández, given 'green light' to recruit Puerto Rican consulting company, Rock Solid Technologies to implement remotely (hosted), Respond©.

Respond© is the solution for the citizen service management, specifically designed to suit the needs and changes faced by the municipalities in Puerto Rico. It is easy to use and help the administration to improve relations with the community doing a service to citizens more efficiently.
