RESPOND’S© EXPANSION CONTINUES THROUGHOUT THE ISLAND

The Municipality of  Villalba is the 5th municipality in Puerto Rico in subcontracting Rock Solid Technologies (RST) to implement the citizen service solution, Respond©, developed under the business solution platform Microsoft Dynamics CRM and designed by RST. 

The municipality of the central region in the country, signed a contract with Rock Solid to implement Respond© remotely (hosted). Respond© is a citizen service solution, designed to comply with the necessities of all municipalities required to improve their relations with the constituents and provide a more efficient service to them.  For this reason, Respond© was developed as a technological tool that will enable the employees to accelerate their administrative processes and facilitate the completion of tasks related to the case management, such as: registry, assignment, closing, measurement, supervision, among others.

Once again, Rock Solid Technologies demonstrate their dedication in provide excellent administrative solutions from the Microsoft Dynamics Business Solutions to the municipalities in Puerto Rico. After the Respond© implementation in Villalba, we are sure that all citizens will be excited with the new, efficient and high quality services given in the municipality.
