THE NORTH GETS CONTAGIOUS WITH RESPOND®

After recognizing the lack and need of technological tools, Hatillo’s mayor, José Rodríguez Cruz, and his staff, decided to get contagious with the software solution, RESPOND®. This new and innovative way of service management, developed by Rock Solid Technologies, is a technological solution that leads to a more efficient municipality through the integration of the diverse information, and services, provided by their dependencies. Currently, seven municipalities have innovated and automized their services: Coamo, San Sebastián, San Germán, Morovis, Juana Díaz, Villalba y Naranjito.

Hatillo has approximately 700 employees working hard, every day, to offer a large amount of services to their citizens, from debris removal and financial aid to ornamental and public work. Some of the reasons for which RESPOND® was crucial for the Dairy Industry Capital are the lack of updated information, poor citizen satisfaction, endeavor duplicity and decision making difficulty. Rock Solid Technologies, a Puerto Rican company that specializes in information systems, will soon implement Respond® to help the Hatillo municipality to achieve the efficiency desired through automotization and innovation.'
