Rock Solid Technologies is distinguished for its superior teamwork. Our recruiting practices include the idea of halting the brain-drain in Puerto Rico. For this reason, we have recruited Computer Engineers and Business Administration students from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, for more than ten years.

We currently employ over 90 employees, most of them Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) including:

• 35 Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
• 15 Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• 5 Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD)

In addition, we have 6 Project Management Professionals (PMPs), certified by the Project Management Institute and 9 CPAs working as consultants for the Dynamics ERP products (GP & AX). Our PMPs respond to every client’s project management needs, helping them improve processes, tools and resources.
