LOCAL COMPANY SIGNED A ONE MILLON DOLLAR CONTRACT WITH THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA

Local Company, Rock Solid Technologies (Rock Solid), recently worldwide recognized as  2010 Microsoft Partner of the Year with Microsoft Dynamics GP solution, signed a one million dollar contract with the Republic of Panama for the implementation of  RESPOND©. This adaptable solution will help the government of Panama automate all citizen service requests. Rock Solid and its team of experts will start at the end of July to work together with the Citizen Advice Bureau (Autoridad de Innovación Gubernamental) of Panama in the implementation of such product.


With RESPOND©, the Government of Panama and its governmental entities, will have one of the most advance technological tool, that will allow them to  manage faster and efficiently all service request from a country with a population of 3.3 million citizens.  This solution holds centralized repository of citizen information that helps the government exponentially reduce their response to citizen queries and regents. Based on a 360() view of citizen information that includes contacts and all activity history, it provides information and tools to manage the organization’s service efforts. RESPOND © uses Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to alert management of quality issues in delivering service measured against the organizations expectations, this increasing citizen satisfaction.  Through a consortium of the Call Center, 3-1-1, Rock Solid and Microsoft, it will be possible to deploy a system that provides outsourced IT infrastructure of the National Citizen Service Center for its daily operations.
