Justice 360°, is a Business Intelligence solution developed by Rock Solid Technologies that provides the capability to collect, access, analyze, and transform data into valuable information for the generation of dynamic reports. It was specifically designed to fit the needs of the Department of Statistics and Database Administration of Office of Court Administration of Puerto Rico, providing a flexible, analytical tool that allows a 360° view of the information. Built with the most advance Microsoft technologies; Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Microsoft PerformancePoint Server, and Microsoft Office 2007 this solution is able to benefit similar organizations related to the Judicial Branch in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Currently, there are around 427 users in 13 judicial districts working with the system, which include: Chief Justice, Director of Administration, regional secretaries, regional system coordinators, regional judges, and assigned personnel from the IT department. The solution enhances the quality and timeliness of report and decision making processes.
