REQUEST
With OneView's custom mobile app, any resident, anywhere, at any time of day can immediately report an issue on their mobile device. Citizens become an extension of the city workers' eyes and ears, the "boots on the ground" who help maintain the community and point staff towards issues in their area. Resident requests clearly share the location, a description and even pictures of the issue to readily pass the information along to the city.
AUTOMATE
OneView's powerful workflow automation passes service requests to the correct department, and via API directly into the Cityworks platform. In fact, when a service request is created in OneView, a work order can automatically be created within Cityworks to expedite repairs and eliminate manual delays.
REPAIR
The precise details from OneView requests take the guess work out of service. City staff is armed with exact location data, details and even photos of the issue to streamline their efforts. If staff encounters questions along the way they can send public comments through Cityworks back to the resident for clarification or additional details.
RESOLVE
Once the work is completed, the ticket is automatically sent back to OneView and the resident is updated on the progress of their requests with automated status-based responses. Every service is now an engagement opportunity and residents feel heard.
