ONEVIEW is a civic engagement platform that provides a centralized database which facilitates to connect with citizens. This web-based solution is configured according to the requirements of local governments and takes advantage of predefined and configurable process workflows that have been built through years of experience with government agencies, counties, municipalities and public corporations.

 

ONEVIEW has the ability to operate as a full 311 contact center system. The contact center concepts are based on a toll-free number that citizens can dial, traditionally that number is 311, but it can be any number dedicated to serving information or service requests. Using 311, citizens can submit claims and complaints, provide suggestions and make inquiries related to local government services and responsibilities, as well as request those services.
